Look into the Manufacturing map, they're piled up, sold, stored, destroyed, they're created to spread everywhere without you noticing, they're even useless in actual matches, sitting in a corner doing nothing but dance. Okay I'm pulling your tail about that part, but I don't believe it takes very long to see the purpose of it. Maybe some more info will be revealed in the future, time will tell.
